Within the framework of 5 Days On, the festival will present, among other things, an edition of Kamermans Kermis and ‘Echt Gebeurd’, the show of Michiel Wertheim and Paulien Cornelisse.
Besides passe-partouts, the presale has started today for five seperate tickets.

On the second night of 5 Days Off, Thursday, March 8, the popular noise pop music duo Sleigh Bells is scheduled. The Americans will release their second album ‘Reigh Of Terror’ in February. This new material will be heard in the Netherlands for the first time on 5 Days Off. The rest of the night belongs to Jeff Mills (The Messenger) from Detroit who will play a special show for the 20th anniversary of this music label Axis. In Paradiso, The Gaslamp Killer, Hudson Mohawke, Kutmah, Jameszoo and Krampfhaft will play their uplifting raw beats. Unfortunately, the show of Jessie Ware has been cancelled.

Friday, March 9th, the Melkweg will be devoted completely to Berlin underground music. The night will begin with a spectacular audio- and video show of Monolake and visualist Tarik Barri. The rest of the night will be hosted by the Berlin label OstGut Ton with DJ’s Ben Klock, Tobias. (live), Ryan Elliott, Steffi and Tama Sumo.

On the last day of 5 Days Off, Sunday March 11th, Gui Boratto will be joined by Applescal and Nuno Dos Santos in Paradiso. The Brazilian DJ and producer released his much-praised album ‘III’ earlier this year on the German label Kompakt.

'5 Days On', the non-musical part of the festival, will present a program for 2012 that will be all about going out. Part of the agenda is the show ‘Echt Gebeurd’ (‘True Stories’) from Micha Wertheim and Paulien Cornelisse, in which true nightlife stories will be told. Echt Gebeurd will take place on Sunday March 11th. Kamermans Kermis is a program in which film, literature and science meet. Especially for 5 Days Off, on Friday March 9th, two writers and a scientist will analyse ‘hedonism’, the hunt for the highest amount of pleasure. This culturally justifiable event is the perfect start of the weekend! Both events will take place in De Balie.

The entire line-up will be announced in January in which the pre sale will also start for SBTRKT, The Field and WhoMadeWho. For more information about the program: check out
